The Cuyahoga Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is collaboration between Cleveland State University, the Center and the Urban League of Greater Cleveland. Recognized as the second Hispanic serving small business development center in Ohio, the Cuyahoga SBDC at the Center assists entrepreneurs in all phases of their business growth. We are dedicated to helping new entrepreneurs realize dreams of business ownership and existing businesses access networks and resources to increase opportunities and establish long-term economic impact.

All entrepreneurs face significant barriers. HBC’s Small Business Development Center enhances a small business’ competitiveness and ability to succeed.

These services are offered to all communities in both English and Spanish through Certified Business Advisors. This program is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Ohio Department of Development.
