CMA Community Arts Center: Outreach Manager

Full time, salary. Requires working a dynamic schedule.

In consultation with the Assistant Director of Community Arts and in collaboration with Public & Academic Engagement, the Outreach Manager oversees the strategic development, implementation, and management of educational collection-driven studio and outreach initiatives, throughout Cleveland and within Cuyahoga county. This role leads the Studio and Outreach team, including direct supervision of staff, to ensure the successful execution of outreach programs like Studio Go, Parade the Circle, Chalk Festival, and other community programs. This role is responsible for initiating and building equity-minded relationships with community partners and audiences to enhance community engagement and representation, drive program innovation, and respond to program evaluation.
