Compensation Description:  $42 – $45,000
 Reports to: Market Events Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Events Coordinator for CentroVilla25 plays a crucial role in the execution of events at CentroVilla25. This position will and assist in the development of strategies to enhance the overall market experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about planning, hosting and successfully executing all aspects of the events while ensuring a high level of customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the liaison between ownership, vendors, property management and tenant hosts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and community organizations to enhance business opportunities.
- Responsible for event inquiries, site walk-throughs, event contracts development and execution.
- Work with Property Management to ensure proper coordination on special events; including set up and tear down.
- Manage and offer direction to staff and on-site volunteers.
- Enforce all CentroVilla25 polices and procedures, notify Property Management and NEOHCED leadership of complaints/issues
- Provide regular reports to Market Experience Manager and Director of Operations
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Assist with marketings and promotions of events at CentroVilla25
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; or
Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning, sales, or preferably in a retail or service-oriented industry.
- Demonstrated track record in business management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision, and customer satisfaction

- Competency working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and with limited English language skills
- Willingness to prioritize community, lead collaboratively, and find creative solutions
- Must be bilingual, English and Spanish.
PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Some local travel required.
- Flexible work schedule to included evenings and weekends.
- Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; as well as extended times standing and walking throughout the building.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. including large tents, sandwich board signs, boxes, tent weights, tables, chairs, etc.
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
