CV25 Crew Team 3 (Team Lead)

Reports to: CV25 Market Manager and Facilities Manager 

POSITION SUMMARY 

 The CV25 Crew Team supports the daily cleanliness, events and maintenance of CV25, a 32,000 square foot warehouse and office facility dynamic mixed‑use facility. The Crew Team is responsible for performing routine and project‑based services to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained environment for tenants, staff, visitors, and the broader community. 

 SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS

 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Perform general cleaning duties throughout the facility, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, meeting spaces, common areas, and exterior areas as assigned  
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with established procedures and supervisor instructions  
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies as needed  
  • Safely use cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies  
  • Respond to special cleaning requests for events or additional support as needed  
  • Support event setup and cleanup coordination. 
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance for CV25. 
  • Complete basic repairs, including replacing light fixtures, smoke detectors, batteries, filters, and door locks  
  • Perform general plumbing, drywall repair or replacement, basic electrical work, painting, and pest control  
  • Assist with landscaping and exterior maintenance as needed  
  • Diagnose mechanical or building issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions  
  • Safely use tools and equipment necessary for assigned maintenance tasks  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaners during assigned shifts 
  • Work with the Market Manager and Facilities Manager to assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor completion and quality of work 
  • Lead by example in proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service 
  • Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols 
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stocked, maintained, and stored 
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness standards are met 
  • Communicate supply needs, staffing concerns, and maintenance issues to supervisors 
  • Document completed tasks or issues as required 
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to Supervisor  
  • Provide professional, courteous service to tenants, staff, and visitors  
  • Work collaboratively with team members while also performing tasks independently 
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

  • Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities cleaning required  
  • Must be at least 18 years of age  
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history

  • Customer service‑oriented with a friendly, courteous, and respectful demeanor  
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 75 pounds  
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and access tight or confined work areas  
  • Ability to work in wet, damp, hot, cold, or dusty conditions
