The Experience Coordinator for CentroVilla25 plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational, marketing, and sales efforts to ensure overall success of vendors and facility as a whole. This position requires an individual who can effectively lead teams, manage budgets, coordinate events and develop strategies to enhance market experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving the small business community in a culturally relevant manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the liaison between project owner, vendors and property management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and community organizations to enhance business opportunities.
- Responsible for all event inquiries, site walk throughs, event contracts development and execution.
- Work with Property Management to ensure proper coordination on special events; including set up and tear down.
- Manage and offer direction to on-site volunteers.
- Enforce all CentroVilla25 rules and guidelines, notify Property Management and NEOHCED leadership of complaints/issues
- Will work with Property Management during the leasing process. This may include, but is not limited to prospecting, tours, negotiation.
- Support the marketing team in ensuring a marketing and communications strategy geared to ensuring ongoing traffic of the market, promotion of special events, and general awareness of market activities. Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- Provided regular reports to the Director of Operations and CEO
- Ensure overall effective operations of the facility (housekeeping, landscaping, utilities, access control, maintenance).
- Security management – manage relations between Property Management and the security team.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Provide POS technical support to market vendors.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; or
- Proven experience (5+ years) in in marketing, sales, or management roles, preferably in a retail or service-oriented industry.
- Demonstrated track record in business management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other relevant business management tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and marketing automation tools is desirable.

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Some local travel required.
- Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; as well as extended times standing and walking throughout the building.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. including large tents, sandwich board signs, boxes, tent weights, tables, chairs, etc.
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
