Your Role: As our Sales Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our retail expansion strategy. Your mission? To conquer new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and elevate the Hola Island brand to new heights. You’ll play a pivotal role in our success story, from generating leads to managing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales plan to penetrate markets statewide and beyond.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key retail partners, negotiate agreements, and secure placements.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, tracking progress against sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks books, and CRM software, with the ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Passion for food and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of Hola Island.
