Cha’Firo Coming Soon to Las Tienditas del Mercado!

Cha’Firo has been a client and friend of the Hispanic Business Center for years! We’ve loved watching Peggy Cruz’s business flourish and grow. In 2018 she won first prize for our 1st annual ADELANTE Business Pitch Competition and now she is ready for her first brick and mortar location, in our business incubator, Las Tienditas del Mercado.

Our photography consultant, Maria Sharp, met up with Peggy in her commercial kitchen to capture some items that will be featured on Cha’Firo’s menu at Las Tienditas. Peggy will be sharing more on her social media accounts.

We’re so excited to have Peggy and Cha’Firo in Las Tienditas, and can’t wait to eat her delicious food! Be on the lookout for her official launch date, coming next month!
