Creating a Thriving Hub for the Hispanic Community: How CentroVilla25 is Making a Difference

CentroVilla25 is a flagship development within La Villa Hispana, a vibrant cultural district in the heart of Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood. This initiative is designed to create a thriving hub for the Hispanic community, promoting economic development, job creation, and cultural preservation.

With your support, CentroVilla25 will become a destination location in Northeast Ohio, featuring a marketplace, specialty grocer, commercial kitchen, and community and economic development center. This initiative is critical to preserving the character of the Clark-Fulton community and ensuring that small business owners have the opportunity to create wealth and prosperity.

Our Fundraising Goal is to get 100 people to donate $5000 or more to honor our Hispanic heritage

Your donation to CentroVilla25 will directly impact our community by creating job opportunities, providing access to resources for small businesses, and promoting the Hispanic culture in our neighborhood. With your contribution, we can build a legacy that will keep our culture alive and thriving for generations to come. The gift can be spread out over a three year period. So for as little as $140 a month you can play a significant role in this transformative project. Let’s come together and make this vision a reality.

We are the Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development (NEOHCED) and we are on a mission to keep our Hispanic heritage alive and thriving in the heart of Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood. Our lead initiative, CentroVilla25, is an adaptive reuse project that will transform a vacant warehouse into a thriving hub for the community. We need your help to make this vision a reality.
