McGregor PACE is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly proviing services that address the medical, rehabilitative, social and personal care needs of older adults.
Using a community-based approach and a interdisciplinary team, McGregor PACE enables older adults to remain in the home among familiar surroundings while receiving the help they need and access to one of three PACE Adult Day Health Centers- Pace at Forest Hill, Pace at Warrensville Hts, and PACE at Old Brookly MetroHealth Center. For many older adults, the ability to remain at home is what life is all about!
